Who is Vega and can I rent or licence it?
Vega is our intake assistant: a guided questionnaire that captures your processes in a structured way and hands them to the founders. The evaluation is done by people, not a live system. Vega is not for rent or licence. You book the outcome: a productive AI or automation system we build for your use case and hand over.
What data do you collect and how does data protection work?
Once you submit the questionnaire, we capture only what we need for the assessment: details about your processes, systems and goals, plus your contact data for the reply. Nothing is stored before that, and your input never feeds a public knowledge base. Processing takes place on the basis of your consent, with data processing agreements in place for any providers involved. Which processors we use and how long we retain your data is set out in our privacy policy.
How long does the audit take and what do I get at the end?
We give you a reliable timeframe together with the depth recommendation after the questionnaire. At the end you hold a written AI-Audit (analysis, prioritised use-case list, tech recommendation and roadmap) plus a one-hour results consultation where we walk through everything with you.
What happens after the questionnaire?
As soon as you submit, you'll receive an email and one of us reaches out for a short 15-minute call. The call comes without obligation and at no cost; in it we clarify the right audit depth as well as cost, duration and your wishes. We then prepare your AI-Audit Management Report and walk you through it personally: showing concretely where AI can be deployed in your company. You decide on implementation freely afterwards: with an implementation partner of your choice, internally with your own team, or with MGTI as your external implementation partner.
